Boekings- en betalingsvoorwaarden:
Een aanbetaling van 35% is vereist om de accommodatie te reserveren.
Volledige betaling is vereist bij het inchecken.
De aanbetaling wordt terugbetaald tot 60 dagen voor uw aankomst en niet meer na 59 dagen voor uw aankomst.
Inchecken: 15:30 uur, Uitchecken: 10:30 uur
Voor deze accommodatie is geen borgsom vereist bij het inchecken.
De definitieve overdracht kan echter pas plaatsvinden na inspectie van de algemene staat van het huis.
De accommodatie is geschikt voor kleine huisdieren, maar dit moet tijdens de boeking worden bevestigd.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The house itself, the beautiful garden, and especially the location right across from the sea are wonderful. The property has a lot of potential and was generally quite clean, except for the shower, which unfortunately had a significant amount of mold. There were, however, several details that could be improved. The coffee machine was not working when we arrived, but this was resolved quickly, and we received a replacement, which we appreciated. For a house accommodating up to eight guests, we found the kitchen rather poorly equipped. There were no teaspoons, no bowls, no kitchen towel, and in general not enough dishes and kitchen utensils. The toilet paper provided was also not sufficient for a one-week stay. The bathroom could be more practical as well. There were very few hooks for towels or clothes, the vanity unit is clearly showing its age and has swollen from moisture, and the shower cabin needs urgent attention because of the mold. In addition, the shower door almost fell onto our young daughter, which was quite concerning. The bedrooms also have room for improvement. In one room, one of the large wardrobe doors was very difficult to open. Another bedroom had no bedside tables and no spare bed linen, for example for extra pillows. One window could not be closed properly because it was only attached by one hinge, and in another room, the bedroom door could only be closed if it was locked. Finally, both sun loungers on the terrace were damaged—one had a broken backrest, and the other had a weak spot or hole in the middle. The property really is in a fantastic location and has great potential. With a little more attention to maintenance and by adding some practical and thoughtful details, it could offer an excellent experience for future guests.
